Monthly TBR list

1. Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Celaena is a trained assassin who is sentenced to work in the most dangerous mines in Endovier after getting caught by the King. Three years later she is given the choice to either keep working in the mines until her inevitable death or to fight for a chance to become the King's Champion and to have her freedom back. To her there is no choice.Live or die, she will be free.

2. The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

"There are only two reasons a non-seer would see a spirit on St. Mark's Eve. Either you're his true love... or you killed him"
Blue Sargent is a non seer until one day when a boy emerges from the dark. His name is Gansey and he is a rich student at Aglionby, the local private school. The boys who go there are known as the raven boys and Blue knows to steer clear of them but she is drawn to Gansey in a way she can't explain. For as long as she can remember Blue has been warned that she will be the cause of her true love's death, ofcourse she never believed it until she got drawn into the sinister world of The Raven Boys and now she is not sure about anything anymore.

3. 127 Hours On The Moon by Johan Harstad

It was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime. Mia, Antoine and Midori had different reasons to enter NASA's competition for a seat on the first shuttle to go to the moon in over forty years.
But while they all wanted to escape earth, they never realized there might not be a chance to come home...

4. Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness

The third and final novel in the Chaos Walking trilogy.
Three armies march on New Prentisstown, each one intent on destroying the others.
Todd and Viola are caught in the middle, with no escape.
As the battles commence, how can they hope to stop the fighting? How can there ever be peace when they're so hopelessly outnumbered? And if war makes monsters of men, what terrible choices await?
But then a third voice breaks into the battle, one bent on revenge...

So those are my four picks for this October I've been so bad at finishing anything lately because I have so much to do for varsity. I've started reading Throne of Glass and Monsters of Men but unfortunately I haven't  been able to have a real sit down mini read-a-thon. Hopefully I will be able to finish off this list before November. I'm not sure how this will go since exams are just around the corner but we'll see. I am really really looking forward to reading and reviewing all of them so be sure to stay tuned if you want to know what I thought about these four exciting reads:)

So tell me are there any books you would like to get to this October? Have you read any of the books selected for this month and if so what did you think about them? I would love to get some feedback!
